Connect Staffing is looking to hire an Office Assistant for a blind warehouse in the Lewisville area. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates interested in developing administrative experience in a professional environment.


Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm and/or 8:00am–4:30pm


Requirements for Office Assistant:

• Entry-level position – no prior experience required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Prior experience in roles such as Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Office Clerk, Data Entry Clerk, or Customer Service Assistant is a plus!

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:

• Support office and administrative tasks to complete daily assignments

• Perform basic data entry, filing, and document organization

• Answer phone calls and assist walk-in visitors as needed

• Provide general administrative support to supervisors and team members

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Assist with other office-related duties as assigned
