The Role
As the Club General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of City Night-Life. This is a leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in club, hospitality, or nightlife management. You’ll oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring every night runs seamlessly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Excellence: Managing daily club operations, from staffing and scheduling to inventory and vendor relations.
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a diverse team to deliver outstanding service and maintain a high-energy environment.
- Guest Experience: Ensuring every guest has a memorable experience by maintaining top-tier service standards and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, monitoring revenue, and controlling costs to meet financial goals.
- Event Coordination: Collaborating with promoters, DJs, and entertainers to create a dynamic event calendar that keeps the club buzzing.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all operations comply with local laws, safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
