Job Title: Call Center Supervisor
Pay Rate: $32.89/hour
Location: Evansville, IN
Schedule: Hybrid - 2 days in office, 3 days remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead and support our Consumer Care team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coaching agents, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support call center agents in daily activities.
- Lead training sessions for new agents (once fully trained).
- Handle supervisor callbacks and resolve escalated issues.
- Manage BBB and retail claims processes.
- Host monthly agent huddles to address current topics and challenges.
- Approve refund requests and review initial check requests.
- Attend meetings with CNX management and act as liaison between Consumer Care Nutrition and Consumer Resource Center.
- Assist with Non-US concerns and special case handling.
- Create IPs and enter batch codes for lab-returned samples.
- Transfer CLARE cases to appropriate markets.
- Prepare monthly closing case reports for agents and specialists.
- Support batch code verification requests and Abi Health cases.
- Monitor daily backlog and tracking reports.
- Process product allocation requests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in call center supervision or leadership role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant systems and tools (training provided).
