We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Flooring and Wall Tile scopes of the project
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Assist the Operations Manager in lining up Manpower and the Office Admin in Ordering Materials for projects assigned
- Assist with Submittals, Reports, and Pay Requests
- Attend Project Meeting onsite and /or via Virtual Meetings
- Interface with General Contractors, Manufacture Reps, Owner, & Architects
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Mixture of Working In-office and visiting Projects checking on quality and
Qualifications:
- Construction Management Degree or Previous experience in construction management (3-5 years minimum) or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Timble, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, RMFS Measure
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Needs to have an understanding of AIA Billing
