What We're Looking For
Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of management experience with premium fast-casual brands (Chick-fil-A, Panera, Chipotle, Shake Shack, Culver's, In-N-Out, or comparable)
- High-volume operations experience ($3M+ annual revenue preferred)
- Proven track record of exceptional operational performance and team development
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Hospitality Management, or related field)
- Progressive career advancement within the restaurant industry

- Operational Standards: Experience maintaining best-in-class metrics including food safety, customer satisfaction, and financial performance

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Establish and maintain exceptional operational standards across all restaurant functions
- Drive financial performance through effective P&L management and cost control strategies
- Implement food safety and quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent excellence
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and supply chain operations for optimal efficiency
Team Development & Culture
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing management team and crew
- Create a positive, growth-oriented work environment that promotes internal advancement
- Establish service training programs that deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement
Business Growth & Strategy
- Partner with leadership team to establish brand standards and operational procedures
