What We're Looking For

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of management experience with premium fast-casual brands (Chick-fil-A, Panera, Chipotle, Shake Shack, Culver's, In-N-Out, or comparable)
  • High-volume operations experience ($3M+ annual revenue preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceptional operational performance and team development
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Hospitality Management, or related field)
  • Progressive career advancement within the restaurant industry

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Establish and maintain exceptional operational standards across all restaurant functions
  • Drive financial performance through effective P&L management and cost control strategies
  • Implement food safety and quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent excellence
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and supply chain operations for optimal efficiency

Team Development & Culture

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing management team and crew
  • Create a positive, growth-oriented work environment that promotes internal advancement
  • Establish service training programs that deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement
