Location: Waconia, Elmore, and Sartell, Minnesota
Compensation: $180,000 annually + performance-based bonus opportunity
Schedule: Full-Time | Leadership Schedule Including On-Call, Scheduled Weekends, and Limited Holiday Responsibilities

What You'll Lead
• Multi-site operations across Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
• Leadership development, coaching, and succession planning.
• Occupancy growth and census development initiatives.
• Survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes.
• Financial performance, labor management, and operational efficiency.
• Strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.
• Resident experience and community culture.
Qualifications
• Active Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license.
• Multi-site leadership experience within Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or senior housing.
• Proven success improving occupancy, compliance, team performance, and operational results.
• Strong understanding of Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and survey processes.
• Experience developing leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Ability to travel regularly between Waconia, Elmore, and Sartell.
