Volt is immediately hiring Warehouse Operations Leads in Riverside, CA.
As a Warehouse Operations Lead, you will:
- Leads by example while performing general warehouse duties.
- Learns and executes all warehouse tasks including voice picking,
- VAI system use, replenishment tracking, and transfer completion.
- Trains new staff and communicate issues to supervisors.
- Maintains cleanliness and adheres to policies.
- Acts as backup for the Supervisor and collaborates with team members to ensure safety, efficiency, and company goals.
This is full-time temp to hire opportunity.
Shift: 1 position is for Sunday to Thursday schedule. 2nd position is Tuesday to Saturday schedule.
Both roles are for 2nd Shift 1PM - 9:30 AM.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse/distribution experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attendance, self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
- Knowledge of VAI and warehouse systems a plus
- Able to lift 50 lbs, operate equipment, and stand for long periods
- Works well independently and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, communication, math, and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
