Machine Operator

Position Summary
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of high-quality metal parts. This position is a full-time role, requiring the ability to work 10-hour shifts, five days a week.
2nd shift from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM, five days a week with OT
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate a variety of manufacturing machinery, including but not limited to CNC machines, shears, and press brakes, to produce metal parts.
Monitor machine operations to ensure production schedules are met and that all products align with specified tolerances and quality standards.
Use precision measuring and inspection tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to perform quality checks on finished parts.
Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on equipment to ensure continuous, efficient operation.
Maintain accurate production logs and records of completed work.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably with metal parts production.
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools for inspection and quality control.
A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials as required.
Ability to work a 10-hour shift, five days a week, and a willingness to work overtime as needed.
