CNC Lathe Programmer | Norton Shores, MI
Salary Range: $53,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in G-code and M-code programming for CNC lathes.
- Demonstrated experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Esprit, GibbsCAM).
- Strong understanding of tooling, fixtures, and workholding for lathe operations.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
- Knowledge of various metals and materials and their machining properties.
- Minimum of X years of experience in CNC lathe programming.
