Instructional Aide (Per Diem) School-Based Support | Lincoln, CA

Responsibilities:
- Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in the classroom
- Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance under teacher and staff direction
- Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
- Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
- Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 18 years of age
- Must complete TB test and meet school district compliance requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
- Clearances current or willingness to obtain prior to start
Preferred Experience:
- Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT certifications are a plus but not required
- Reliable, patient, and team-player mindset

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
