We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide personal care and support services to clients in their homes. The CHHA will assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure their comfort, safety, and dignity under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care

• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, including use of mobility aids

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, changing linens, and tidying up

• Prepare and serve meals based on dietary needs and restrictions

• Remind clients to take prescribed medications (no medication administration)

• Observe and report changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition to the supervising nurse

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

• Follow care plans and safety protocols as outlined by the healthcare team

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid and current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in New Jersey.

• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or required by employer)

• Minimum 6 months of experience in home care or related field (preferred)

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if travel is required)
