You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that support the daily functions of the organization. Your duties will range from managing correspondence, handling files, and maintaining records, to assisting with data entry, providing customer service, and supporting other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Perform data entry and manage digital records
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, further education is a plus
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
