Pay & Schedule
- Base Pay: $15.50/hour + uncapped, tier-based, monthly bonuses
- Average 1st-year earnings: ~$42 K+ (Top performers earn $70–85K and higher)
- Location: 34125 US Highway 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684 (On-site only)
- Hiring immediately: start as early as the following Monday
- Available Shifts: Full-Time, 10 am to 7 pm, 11 am to 8 pm, or 12 pm to 9 pm
What You’ll Be Doing:
You won’t just be an average salesperson at FreightCenter — you’ll be an Account Manager & advisor. In this role, you’ll consult with customers, present competitive carrier solutions, and confidently close deals that turn into long-term partnerships and repeat business. To your customers, you are the go-to shipping expert and trusted advisor they rely on.
No cold calling — just real conversations, real solutions, and real earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Contact New Customers: Make outbound calls and send emails to assigned leads
- Understand Customer Needs: Use a consultative sales approach to offer tailored shipping solutions based on their needs.
- Educate: Educate customers on all the shipping services that we offer
- Build Relationships: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Overall: Call and maintain relationships with high-quality leads, manage your book of business, provide quotes, book shipments, and assist with any issues that may arise.

Qualifications
No logistics experience? No problem—many of our top performers started with zero experience.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Want a long-term, stable, and rewarding career
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to actively listen and build trust quickly
- Comfortable navigating multiple tabs and systems (Google Drive/Docs proficiency preferred and TMS system)
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, eager to learn, and money motivated!
- Adaptable to new technologies and fast-paced environments
- Sales experience is a plus—but not required! We train you from the ground up
