Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Manage multi-state payroll operations, addressing state-specific requirements and regulations.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to handle payroll activities efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and review payroll reports for over 500 employees, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Verify employee data, including hours worked, deductions, and benefits, for timely payroll processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll-related inquiries and issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state payroll laws to ensure compliance.
• Assist in audits and reporting to ensure transparency and accuracy in payroll operations.
• Provide support in resolving complex payroll discrepancies and employee concerns.
• Continuously improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
• Expertise in managing multi-state payroll operations.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.
• Demonstrated ability to handle payroll for large organizations with over 500 employees.
