Bilingual Front Office Clerk - Job Overview
Schedule: 8 Hour Shifts (7:30AM-4PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Navigate and route incoming calls with precision and agility
- Streamline client intake processes and ensure seamless patient experience
- Input and manage patient data using state-of-the-art systems
- Collaborate with volunteer coordinators to manage and optimize volunteer efforts
- Adhere to appointment and cash handling protocols with technological efficiency
- Ensure clinic lobby maintains a cutting-edge, orderly appearance
- Process lab results with a focus on data-driven accuracy
- Contribute to the Performance Improvement Program with future-focused insights
- Foster respectful and effective communication within a diverse team
- Participate in safety and exposure control training programs
- Operate advanced equipment safely and report safety concerns promptly
- Engage in a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent is essential
- Exemplary communication skills with a forward-thinking, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in data entry and digital database systems
- Tech-savvy with experience in computer systems and multi-line phone management
- Competence in basic math and organizational filing
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and making strategic decisions
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly advantageous
- Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds
