Job DescriptionWe’re hiring a Regional Logistics Manager based in Jamesburg, NJ!
Anticipated salary range: $77,180 - $115,580+ annually

This is an on-site role based in Jamesburg, NJ.
This role is responsible for leading the operations of a 250,000 sq. ft. Distribution Center, overseeing 5 direct reports (including 3 supervisors) and a team of 30+ warehouse staff. We’re seeking a dynamic leader who thrives in logistics operations, team development, and process improvement.
What you’ll do:
- Lead daily distribution center operations, ensuring performance across quality, productivity, cost, and service KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes, inventory control, and safety standards
- Manage facility operations, warehouse staff, and vendor/3PL relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales goals and timely order fulfillment
- Oversee equipment purchasing, budget management, and adherence to SOPs
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in logistics/distribution management
- Strong leadership background with proven team management and development skills
- Experience in inventory control, freight, and warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety programs and financial/budget oversight is a plus
