KLMV Group is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Account Manager to join our team in North Bergen, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and long-term growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing position and is passionate about building business partnerships.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients

Understand client goals and objectives to provide strategic guidance

Monitor account performance and resolve issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results and meet service expectations

Prepare reports, presentations, and conduct regular client check-ins

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support sales initiatives

Maintain accurate client records and communications in CRM systems
Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
