Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accounts Payable Specialist for the corporate office located in San Jose, CA. The job is 100% in-office! You should have at least 3 years of accounting experience with solid knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable. The role will be responsible for handling the AP process, reviewing invoices for accuracy and match appropriately with purchase order or receiver, code invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, code and reconcile expense reports, manage AP payment forecast weekly, verify AP invoices are accurate and have the proper authorization, and assist with other duties and projects as needed. Qualifications: - Strong Accounts Payable experience required - Industry experience within a manufacturing company would be nice to have - Software experience with a medium to large ERP system preferred - Solid general accounting knowledge knowing your debits and credits - Attention to detail, proactive, and organized - Team player, helpful, and excellent communications - Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel - Intermediate)& Outlook) - Associate or Bachelor's Degree would be a plus - Ability to speak and write Japanese would be a big plus Experience: 3 years of accounting experience (Accounts Payable, Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant) Employment Type: Direct Hire Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) plus matching, Life Insurance) If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume today at www.LHH.com !
