We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events that align with our organization's goals and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and possesses strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Job: On site
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Range: $950- $1150 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, décor, and transportation.
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are handled.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination with a portfolio of successful events.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
