Customer Service Representative - Car Dealership
We are expanding our Business Development Center, Internet Sales and Lease Departments. Our high-volume dealership is seeking experienced associates to join the team.
The Customer Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls, placing outbound calls, offering outstanding customer service, providing resolutions regarding customer concerns and booking customer appointments. Primary responsibility is to focus on customer retention by providing exceptional customer service and assisting the Sales Team in providing outstanding customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Function comfortably in a fast-paced office environment, where every call may be monitored, recorded and/or assessed
- Carry out several tasks at the same time
- Answer incoming calls with the ability to adhere to strict protocol
- Make outbound phone calls to follow up on customer service
- Answer questions from customers
- Reply to customer inquiries in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner providing a high level of customer service
- Search for and verify data on a computer moving between 2 or more open browser windows on the desktop, while on the phone
- Provide callers with accurate and complete information
- Book customer appointments

- Strong telephone communication skills due to the heavy phone use

Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum High school degree
- Two years’ customer service / Dealership experience preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Working knowledge of computers, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Office
The position is full-time hourly plus commission
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
