Location: Hamilton, Ohio
Pay: $19-$21 per hour
Employment Type: Contract to hire
Shift: 1st shift

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client in Hamilton, Ohio to identify a Customer Service Representative with strong ERP and Oracle experience. This role is ideal for someone who excels at maintaining customer relationships, building rapport, and providing high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and clients via phone and email
- Maintain and strengthen customer and client relationships through professional communication and follow-up
- Enter, update, and manage customer information accurately within ERP and Oracle systems
- Process orders, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience in an office or professional environment
- Hands-on experience using ERP systems and Oracle
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
