As a Senior Chemist, you will:
Lead formulation development for innovative personal care products.
Conduct research, testing, and analysis of raw materials and finished products to ensure quality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, marketing, and manufacturing) to bring new products from concept to market.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in cosmetic or personal care formulations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and is an effective communicator and team player.
