Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Environmental Professional to join our team. This role will involve leading environmental assessments, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science and the ability to lead initiatives focused on environmental protection and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead environmental assessments and investigations
- Manage and coordinate environmental projects
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations
- Develop and implement environmental management plans
- Conduct training and provide guidance on environmental best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and regulatory agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or related field
- Proven experience in leading environmental assessments and projects
- Knowledge of asbestos regulations and management
- Familiarity with mold remediation practices is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
