Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems while ensuring top-tier service for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components
• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician (3+ years)
• EPA Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Background check
• Strong customer service and communication skills
