Activities include:
- Sort and collate incoming and outgoing mail, including batching, postage metering, counting, and filing.
- Return claims to providers as appropriate.
- Stocking mailroom
- Utilize Kodiak software to scan, index, and upload documents into electronic case files.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on scanned and indexed documents.
- Collaborate with team members to investigate, locate, and retrieve documents both physically and electronically.
- Print, fold and stuff outgoing mail as required daily.
- Ensure letters/reports are printed on their designated timeframes
- Keep printers operational
- Keep management appraised of when paper and envelopes need to be ordered.
- Other duties as assigned
Pre-requisites:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-year post-high school Degree, or Bachelor’s degree. Typical, 2-4 years of working experience in related fields
- A minimum of two years of previous experience for a government or private sector inbound customer service center or related field. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software and Microsoft Office applications.
Work Requirements:
- Hours of Operation: Within the hours of 7:45 AM –5:15 PM, Eastern Time, Monday - Friday candidate must be able to work any assigned 8-hour shift between these hours.
- Work environment is onsite in Washington DC.
