$10,000 Sign-On Bonus | 3x12s | Fixed Shifts | No Rotation
Pay: $42-$65/hour (DOE)

Schedule Options:
• Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You'll Do
• Provide safe, trauma-informed nursing care across behavioral health and detox units
• Perform assessments, support crisis stabilization, and contribute to individualized care plans
• Collaborate with providers, therapists, and peer support teams
• Accurately document patient care and clinical progress
• Educate patients and connect them with recovery and community resources
What We're Looking For
• Active Arizona RN license or Compact eligibility
• Ability to commit to a fixed day or night schedule
• Interest or experience in behavioral health, crisis care, or detox
• Open to both experienced RNs and motivated new graduates
Pay & Differentials
Base Pay: $42-$52/hour (DOE)
• Weeknight differential: +10%
• Weekend day differential: +15%
• Weekend night differential: +30%
