We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations for the team.. This is a Contract position suited for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, assisting leadership, and serving as a detail-oriented first point of contact. The ideal candidate brings prior office management experience, strong Outlook skills, and the ability to handle a range of clerical and customer-facing tasks with accuracy and care.
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to office leadership, including the administrative team and community manager.
• Welcome visitors, manage front-desk activity, and ensure a positive experience for callers and guests.
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages promptly.
• Prepare, scan, file, and organize documents to maintain accurate and accessible office records.
• Coordinate routine clerical work such as data entry, correspondence, scheduling, and general office upkeep.
• Use Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, to manage calendars, email communication, and basic reporting.
• Assist with property management-related administrative duties as needed to support office operations.
• At least 1 year of experience in an office support, administrative, or receptionist role.
• Previous exposure to office management responsibilities in a detail-oriented setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and in-person interactions in a courteous and organized manner.
• Experience with document scanning, filing, and other general clerical tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday in a business casual office environment.
