Civil Construction Superintendent

Westchester County, NY (onsite)

We’re seeking an experienced Civil Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale site development projects across Westchester County and surrounding NJ/CT areas. This is a hands-on leadership role managing complex civil/site work for commercial, industrial, retail, and public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily field operations on projects ranging from $1M–$15M in scope
• Oversee site clearing, excavation, blasting, grading, underground utilities, and road installation
• Coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met
• Collaborate closely with PMs, operators, and technical support (including GPS/drones)
• Ensure compliance with municipal regulations and job-specific client requirements
• Manage logistics and adapt to changing site conditions

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in heavy civil/site work
• Strong background in excavation, earthwork, land clearing, and utility installation
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously
• Proficiency in tools such as Trimble, AutoCAD, Excel, Agtech, and Sage (HeavyBid a plus)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Additional Details:

Salary: $150K–$180K + bonus potential

Projects: Ground-up civil/site work across NY/NJ/CT region
