Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming office environment while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor logs and badge distribution
- Schedule meetings and maintain conference room calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office technology
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a corporate or professional office setting
- Familiarity with scheduling software or multi-line phone systems
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
