What Youll Do:

  • Grow Existing Accounts: Strengthen relationships with current clients to maximize satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
  • Hunt for New Business: Prospect, engage, and win new clients in your assigned territory.
  • Drive Strategic Sales: Create and execute territory and account plans that align with sales targets and customer goals.
  • Deliver Results: Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals through consultative selling and effective territory management.
  • Collaborate with Partners: Leverage relationships with leading technology vendors to drive solution sales and open doors.


What Were Looking For:

  • 3+ years of IT Sales experience, preferably with a VAR or MSP
  • A strong understanding of the technology sales landscape and ability to speak credibly with technical and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in managing full sales cycles and consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas
  • Experience leveraging vendor relationships (Cisco, HPE, AWS, etc.) to create joint sales opportunities
  • Based in the Minneapolis area and open to some regional travel for client meetings
