Job DescriptionHR Data Entry Specialist (4-Month Temp) – Onsite Only
Location: Seattle, WA (Northgate)
Duration: 4 Months
Pay: $23–26/hr
A regional healthcare group needs a temp HR Data Entry Specialist to assist with a system migration project. This is a heads-down, fully onsite role ideal for someone meticulous and deadline-driven.
Core Duties:

Transfer personnel files into new HRIS system

Audit existing records for accuracy and compliance

Support reporting requests using Excel

Assist with scanning, filing, and document clean-up
Ideal Background:

1+ year of experience in HR, records management, or data entry
-
Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas/filtering)

Able to work independently and confidentially
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
