Family Nurse Practitioner

Location: Lexington, SC
Pay Rate: $74.87 per hour


Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary and family care services. This role involves delivering evidence-based care, managing patient health outcomes, and supporting a collaborative clinical care team while practicing with a high level of autonomy.


Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Training: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling
  • Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing
  • Develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans
  • Support chronic condition management and preventive health services
  • Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and wellness strategies
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Manage administrative duties including clinic opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection
  • Maintain accurate documentation and a clean clinical environment
  • Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare


Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current National Board Certification
  • Active State license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
  • Minimum of one (1) year recent primary care or family medicine experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of quality measures and chronic disease management
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative clinical team
  • Proficiency with healthcare technology and electronic documentation systems
  • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure if required
