Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production process issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new product introductions and process transfers.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in process engineering or optimization within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with process control systems, data analysis, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Demonstrated understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with process simulation software or CAD tools.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python)
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena)
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
- Familiarity with automation and control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA)
