Additional Details
<ul>
<li>PPD - 3-5</li>
<li>Demonstrates knowledge and implementation of the Nursing process through documentation of patient assessment, plan of action, implementation of nursing plan, and evaluation of patient to response to plan.</li>
<li>Evaluates and documents response of patient to his/her plan of care.</li>
<li>Works with the patient and/or family to identify individual informational needs, including learning readiness.</li>
</ul>
 
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>2 years minimum</li>

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

<li>BLS</li>
<li>ACLS</li>
