Kansas City, MO | Fully Onsite
Full-Time | Direct Hire| up to $65,000 annually
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established financial institutions firm in Kansas City who is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys being a key partner in keeping leaders organized, prepared, and operating efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating attendees, and preparing agendas
· Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
· Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and handle follow-ups to ensure action items are completed
· Serve as go-to support for technology needs such as video conferencing, presentation setup, and basic troubleshooting
· Assist with expense reporting, document preparation, and confidential correspondence
· Act as a trusted liaison between leaders and internal/external stakeholders
· Support special projects and process improvements as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar support role
· Strong experience supporting meetings, travel coordination, and executive schedules
· Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new tools
· Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
· Professional communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Proactive, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
