Entry Level Medical Device Sales Representative

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Territory: UT, NV, CO, WY, ID, MT
Travel: ~50% (2–3 overnights per week)
Compensation: $70,000 base | $130,000–$135,000 OTE
Equity: Yes
Car Allowance: Mileage reimbursement provided

Call Points: Oncologists, Nurse Managers, Breast Surgeons, Infusion Managers, Administration, Generalists

Position Overview

As an Account Executive / Territory Manager, you will:

  • Sell and provide training on the FDA-approved scalp cooling device
  • Educate and support oncology teams, infusion centers, and hospital staff
  • Manage and grow a multi-state territory
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and support clinical adoption
  • Travel 2–3 nights per week to meet clients and grow the business

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
  • Proven outside sales experience (B2B, light medical, payroll, or consumer B2B)
  • Passionate, high-energy “hunter” mentality
  • Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of the scalp cooling device in oncology infusion centers and hospitals
  • Conduct in-service training and education for nurses, surgeons, and administration
  • Maintain and expand relationships across a multi-state territory
  • Support new account development and territory growth strategies
  • Collaborate with a dynamic U.S. team to scale the business
