Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Territory: UT, NV, CO, WY, ID, MT
Travel: ~50% (2–3 overnights per week)
Compensation: $70,000 base | $130,000–$135,000 OTE
Equity: Yes
Car Allowance: Mileage reimbursement provided

Position Overview
As an Account Executive / Territory Manager, you will:
- Sell and provide training on the FDA-approved scalp cooling device
- Educate and support oncology teams, infusion centers, and hospital staff
- Manage and grow a multi-state territory
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and support clinical adoption
- Travel 2–3 nights per week to meet clients and grow the business
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
- Proven outside sales experience (B2B, light medical, payroll, or consumer B2B)
- Passionate, high-energy “hunter” mentality
- Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of the scalp cooling device in oncology infusion centers and hospitals
- Conduct in-service training and education for nurses, surgeons, and administration
- Maintain and expand relationships across a multi-state territory
- Support new account development and territory growth strategies
- Collaborate with a dynamic U.S. team to scale the business
