Position: Collections Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Beaverton, Oregon
Compensation: $20–$21 per hour | Full-Time
Our Beaverton branch is looking for a Collections Administrative Support Specialist to join our fast-paced sales office. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to launch their career—we’re ready to train the right person!
Essential Responsibilities

Make outbound calls on past-due supply accounts.

Use professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment to resolve customer discrepancies and disputes.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams and senior management to accelerate the collections process—ideal for someone confident and proactive.

Answer departmental phone calls and document all customer interactions.

Perform basic computer tasks and data entry.
Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Confidence in communicating with customers, including discussing outstanding balances while maintaining strong relationships.
Preferred (Not Required)

2 years of collections experience (we will train the right candidate).
