SALES MANAGER

What You Will Own
You won't just supervise. You will set the tone for how your team serves, sells, and succeeds.
Your mission is simple: Lead with purpose. Coach with intention. Drive results with heart.
You will:
- Lead, train, and develop a growing sales and service team
- Use KPIs to coach and guide improvement
- Build strong client relationships
- Identify inefficiencies and remove them quickly
- Maintain clarity in a fast-paced environment
- Use ServiceTitan, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Delegate effectively and keep the team aligned
This role is for someone who leads from the front - not the sidelines.

Compensation & Schedule
Base: $95K-$125K Total Potential: $200K+ with bonuses & equity Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 40+ hours
