Job DescriptionHealthcare Executive Assistant
LHH is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Executive Assistant to support the COO, CFO, Practice Manager, Directors, and Physicians. This role also assists with physician scheduling and recruitment, as well as administrative needs for key physician committees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to executives, managers, and physician committees.
- Manage physician schedules across all facilities, including daily adjustments and call coordination.
- Track vacations, post-call days, and maintain scheduling records.
- Coordinate with locum tenens agency; maintain locum schedules.
- Train new physicians on QGenda scheduling software.
- Maintain reference materials, office signage, and contact lists.
- Manage room reservations and assist with meeting logistics.
- Handle confidential documents and assist with special events.
- Manage and update physician job postings.
- Coordinate with recruiters and schedule candidate interviews (travel, lodging, tours).
- Maintain recruitment spreadsheets and candidate communications.
- Track new hire processes and distribute post-interview surveys.
- Maintain and distribute the New Physician Reference Guide.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Effective communicator (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or on a team.
- Able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Details:Location: Albuquerque, NM Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire Pay Range: $25-$28/hr (Depending on Experience) Benefit offerings will differ for every client based on the position but may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
