Now Hiring a Remote Legal Receptionist - Health & Retirement Benefits | Generous PTO | Opportunities for Growth & Continuing Education
If you are looking for a fast-paced, positive team environment with professional growth potential, then Moore Law for Children has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Virtual Experienced Receptionist.
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and compassionate professional to become our ambassador of first impressions. Our Founding and Managing Attorney is a passionate entrepreneur who is deeply committed to children and their families. Our firm culture is cohesive, hard-working, and mission-driven - and we are proud of the service we provide to clients every day.
We need an empathetic, sharp, and service-minded receptionist who understands that every call is a potential cry for help — and every interaction is a chance to make a meaningful difference
Currently, we need someone who can help us take control of the front-end client experience by being the first point of contact with the firm, providing general administrative support, and helping us communicate effectively with clients and potential new clients. Ideally, you will have experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or Legal Assistant in a law firm, but we are willing to train the right service-minded office professional.
