Minimum Requirements
\n
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Ohio state SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia management, cognitive-communication assessment, and adult neurogenic disorders preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
\n
- Previous travel or per diem experience in long-term care or SNF environments.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records used in post-acute care.
- Strong documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills.

- Schedule: 5 days with flexible scheduling regarding days of the week.
