We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to lead and elevate our U.S. business. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction across all stores. The ideal candidate will have a background in food & beverage retail, with experience in managing multiple units, optimizing workflows, and leading cross-functional teams. You’ll ensure consistency in service, quality, and compliance while supporting staff development, inventory control, and budget management. This leadership role is essential to aligning store performance with brand standards and business growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations across multiple store locations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and guest satisfaction across all teams and locations.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive regional revenue growth and profitability while maintaining brand standards in quality and service.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and supervisors; support career development and promote a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
- Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, sanitation regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory systems, supply orders, and cost control strategies to optimize financial performance across the region.
- Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local communities to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
- Stay current on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify areas for innovation and improvement.
- Oversee performance evaluations, set clear expectations, and provide ongoing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior leadership.
- Proactively identify and address operational challenges with strategic solutions to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and able to travel regularly between store locations.
- 3–5 years of experience in food & beverage operations
- 1–2 years in a multi-unit or store leadership role—experience in tea, coffee, or fast-casual concepts is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management, or related field.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Effective communicator and team leader with strong decision-making skills.
- Business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
