We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations and support both our service and installation teams. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily execution, accurate inventory control, and on-time install readiness. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader, strong communicator, and detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
As the Warehouse Manager, you are the operational engine that keeps the business moving. Your primary responsibility is to ensure technicians and installers have everything they need—accurately staged, properly labeled, and ready on time—so field teams can focus on delivering a great customer experience.
Daily Operations & Leadership
- Open the warehouse on time and prepare the facility for daily operations
- Ensure install materials and equipment are fully procured, staged, and ready for delivery before 8:00 AM
- Manage warehouse staff and drivers, setting daily priorities and expectations
- Support department managers to ensure field personnel are equipped for success
Install Procurement & Inventory Control
- Oversee install procurement, including material planning, ordering, and job readiness
- Create, manage, and track purchase orders, ensuring proper job assignment and accuracy
- Receive, verify, and batch incoming materials and equipment
- Label and stage equipment by job name and job number in designated areas
- Maintain accurate inventory control, including daily usage tracking and replenishment
- Perform and oversee quarterly inventory counts
- Manage company-supplied tools, including check-out lists and reconciliation upon return
Warehouse & Facility Management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, and building grounds
- Put away deliveries and organize returned materials from installers daily
- Return warranty parts to vendors within 7–10 days
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification required or obtainable)
- Secure the building and yard at the end of each day
Communication & Coordination
- Review install and service schedules daily to identify upcoming material needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all field and office personnel
- Relay accurate and detailed information to technicians to support a quality customer experience
- Work closely with install managers to stage jobs efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with negotiations related to pricing availability, and delivery timelines
