Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. This is a long-term contract position within the non-profit sector, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and support the organization’s research initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate incoming cases in Salesforce to ensure they meet provided guidelines and parameters.
• Organize and save documents into shared files while attaching them to corresponding cases in Salesforce.
• Monitor and document case outcomes by updating shared spreadsheets in Confluence with Salesforce data.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the Research team manager.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across platforms.• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, including document management and order entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with shared file systems and collaborative tools like Confluence.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Adaptability to work on various projects and meet deadlines.
