About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations within our facility. This role will provide leadership to a team of technicians, ensure equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and uptime. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and proven experience managing maintenance teams in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians (mechanical, electrical, and multi-craft).

Plan, prioritize, and delegate maintenance work orders, PM schedules, and repair tasks.

Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements to maximize uptime and efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA/TOSHA standards.

Coordinate with production leadership to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.

Oversee spare parts inventory, ordering, and vendor relations.

Maintain accurate documentation including work orders, PM records, and maintenance logs.

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Participate in capital projects, equipment installation, and facility upgrades.
Qualifications:

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical equipment.

Experience with CMMS software (preventive/predictive maintenance systems).

Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Preferred:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma practices.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as PLEX, SAP, or similar.
