We are seeking an Disaster Recovery Analyst to support and strengthen our enterprise Information Technology Disaster Recovery program. You’ll help ensure compliance, improve recovery processes, and enhance the resilience of critical technology systems.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans to ensure timely restoration of critical systems, applications, and data
• Planning and executing disaster recovery exercises, simulations, and tabletop tests
• Monitoring and evaluating DR tools, technologies, and processes for effectiveness and compliance
• Partnering with stakeholders to define recovery objectives, strategies, and priorities based on business impact analysis
• Creating training materials and providing guidance to teams involved in recovery efforts
• Documenting lessons learned, incident reports, and recommending improvements following tests or real events
• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to document recovery requirements, coordinate testing, and implement solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR five years of relevant experience
• Experience in disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing
• Solid foundation in infrastructure and network fundamentals, exposure to cybersecurity preferred
