Job Title: Office Clerk

Job Summary

The Office Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. This role involves handling routine office tasks, maintaining records, supporting staff, and delivering courteous service to internal teams and external contacts.



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and office calendars
  • Process mail, shipments, and basic correspondence
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Greet visitors and provide basic information or assistance
  • Follow established office procedures and confidentiality standards



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment
