The Bookkeeper position requires a steady, accurate, analytical worker who finds fulfillment in a job well done while working with clients in a courteous, professional manner. Haynie and Company values superior quality, teamwork, exceptional service, work-life balance, loyalty, and open, transparent communication. Ideally, this person is within commutable distance to our office Salt Lake City. Starting out with 3-4 days in office and further flexibility once through the onboarding period. Required Experience and Skills

  • Compiled Financial Statement preparation
  • Client bank reconciliations
  • 4+ years of proven bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks online & desktop version
  • Experience in payroll processing and filing the required reports
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Monthly sales tax preparation is a plus.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Self -starter comfortable working independently
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer knowledge
  • Outstanding written and communication skills
  • Result-driven individual
  • In office/hybrid/remote schedule can be discussed
