As a Sr Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations by enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
You will report directly to our Sr Field Service Manager. Must reside in within 75-100 miles of Pittsburgh, PA Branch office (230 Vista Park Drive, Pittsburgh, PA). This position will support Clients/Staff covering Western PA and West VA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians.
- Effectively track Key Business & Financial Metrics such as Customer Retention, Profitability, Revenue Growth and Utilization.
- Due to the nature of this discipline, on occasion, maybe required to work off-hours, on weekends, and/or holidays.
- Company vehicle will be provided.
- Travel: up to 25%.
- Relocation support may be provided.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Field Service operations (HVAC, Fire Alarm, Security, Client Facing/Customer Service).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Engineering, and various support functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Collections, Project Management and Estimating Teams.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities operating in a dynamic environment and balancing multiple priorities.
- Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell.
