 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description: 
<ul>
<li>Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;</li>
<li>Medication Administration, including IVs.</li>
<li>Taking and recording vital signs.</li>
<li>Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.</li>
<li>Provide resident and family education.</li>
<li>Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.</li>
<li>Supervising CNAs</li>
</ul>
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>Current License-LPN</li>
</ul>
